3. Refunds

  • Approved returns qualify for a 100% refund of the purchase price, issued back to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the defective or damaged item has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Customers will receive confirmation of the refund status throughout the process.


4. Replacements

  • Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement product of the same type, free of defects.

  • In such cases, MyTrendCorner will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective item as well as the delivery of the replacement.

  • Replacement requests are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer in stock, the customer may opt for a full refund.


5. Bundles and Multi-Item Orders

  • If a bundle purchase contains one or more defective products, customers may choose to:

    • Receive a refund for the defective product(s), or

    • Request a replacement for the defective product(s).

  • Customers are not required to return the full bundle if only one item is affected.

  • Our priority is ensuring that the value and functionality of the bundle remain intact.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For approved returns or replacements due to defective or damaged products, MyTrendCorner covers all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement process.
