🚚 Shipping Policy – MyTrendCorner

At MyTrendCorner, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options, and customer rights regarding shipping.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods (holidays, promotions) but we strive to maintain consistency.


2. Standard Delivery

  • Our goal is to deliver all orders within 72 hours (3 business days) of processing.

  • Bundles always ship free of charge under our Free Shipping program.

  • Individual products may include shipping costs, which are displayed at checkout.


3. Express Delivery

  • Customers may request express shipping (1–2 business days) for an additional fee.

  • Express shipping availability may vary depending on product type, delivery address, and courier restrictions.

  • We reserve the right to temporarily disable or limit this option when conditions require it.


4. Out-of-Stock Items

  • While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, unexpected stockouts may occur.

  • If a purchased item is unavailable, we will immediately contact the customer with two options:

    1. Full refund of the product.

    2. Wait for restock and receive the product when available.

  • Customers who choose to wait for restock will automatically receive a 10% discount refund on the out-of-stock item, credited once the product is shipped.


5. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S. at this time.


6. Tracking and Confirmation

  • Once an order has shipped, customers receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Orders can be tracked directly through our courier partners’ websites.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • MyTrendCorner is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, customers must contact us at admin@mytrendcorner-store.com within 7 days of delivery date (or expected delivery date).

  • We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
